Why We Started

The phone is the
whole business.

For a home service company, the job starts with a ring. Miss it and the customer calls the next name on the list — they don't leave a voicemail and they don't call back. That's not a marketing problem or a pricing problem. It's a problem of nobody being free to pick up, because the people who'd answer are the same people doing the work.

So we built the thing that picks up. Not a menu, not an answering service reading from a script — something that knows your prices, your service area and what counts as an emergency, and books the job while the customer is still on the line.
